WONDER

A book cover design for R. J. Palacio's novel 'Wonder'. The novel is based on the main character who has facial differences which he has struggled with growing up, following him through the novel he proves the point that you can't blend in when you were born to stand out. The use of childish sketches of space is to represent the young boys interest in space, with the colour blue being used as it is known to be beneficial to the human mind and body by creating a calm atmosphere, which is ideal when reading and for the characters story.
